Baker and Production Team Member
The purpose of this team member is to mix, prep, clean and bake to support the operations of Dolce Bakery. This position is responsible for multiple and varied kitchen tasks.
Key Responsibilities include a thorough knowledge and understanding of preparation, mixing methods, completion, and baking all Dolce Bakery recipes:
The purpose of this team member is to mix, prep, clean and bake to support the operations of Dolce Bakery. This position is responsible for multiple and varied kitchen tasks.
Key Responsibilities include a thorough knowledge and understanding of preparation, mixing methods, completion, and baking all Dolce Bakery recipes:
- Cake batters + Cakes
- Cookie doughs + Cookies
- Scone doughs + Scones
- Custards + Tortes
- Curds + Fillings + Icings
- Yeasted + Laminated Doughs
- Properly receiving + storing inventory items
- Duties may also include clean and maintain kitchen equipment, dishes, take deliveries as needed, rearranging kitchen storage/organization pantry/fridge/freezer and deep cleaning tasks
- Train and assist other production team members as needed
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety of all employees and customers
- Keep friendly, open and constant communication with entire team
